Fate requires very little interaction from players when most of the game's time is for reading text that appears, representing one of two conversations between characters or inner thoughts. of the main character. Usually, players will come to a "decision point", where they have the opportunity to choose the option displayed on the screen, usually from 2-3 options 1 time. The time between these points decides to change and during these times the gameplay pauses until the selection is made in a particular direction. In order to see the story line available, players will have to play the game multiple times and have different options to continue the story in another direction.

There are three main story lines where players will have the opportunity to experience each of the heroes in the story. To see all the stories, the player will have to play the game again and again and choose different options in the decision points so that the plot takes another direction.
