Shirataro Hirahara is a Japanese dancer and choreographer. After leaving the company, he became a free-lancer and in 2011 established his own dance company “OrganWorks”. He belonged to Noism dance company from 2004 to 2007.

Aya Yakushiji was born in 1983 in Nara, she started dance when she was a child. She moved to Tokyo for studying various types of dance and spent her amount time with dancing. She has worked at media or concerts as a backup dancer. She encountered with contemporary dance, now she belongs to OrganWorks. Besides she got Pilates instructor certification and works as a Pilates instructor.
Mutsumi Komatsu was born in 1990 in Miyagi prefecture. She started classical ballet when she was a child from the age of seven at Kesennuma Ballet Society. She graduated from Contemporary Dancing course of Theatre department in Nihon University College of Art. While studying in University, she trained under Miyako Kato.
She started work with Shintaro Hirahara since 2013. She publishes actively her own works, performs in music video, and collaborates with a lot of artists.
