1954年、兵庫県伊丹市出身。
BOROという名前は中学二年生の頃に、彼が乗り回していたオンボロ自転車をテーマにした『ボロの相棒』という自作の詩から友人達がつけたニックネーム。自らのミュージシャンとしての使命を“民衆の苦しみの代弁者”と自覚する本人がそのまま芸名とした。
1972年、高等学校卒業後に上京し、日本声専音楽学院ジャズ科でティーブ釜萢(かまやつ)に師事し、ジャズ・ボーカルを学ぶ。
その後、大阪・北新地でギターの弾き語りをしていたBOROの才能を見出した内田裕也のプロデュースにより、シングル「都会千夜一夜」で1979年6月1日にデビューし、再び上京。同年8月1日に発表した2枚目のシングル「大阪で生まれた女」が大ヒット、同年、第12回 日本有線大賞最優秀新人賞等の賞を受賞し、これがBOROの代表作となる。以来21枚のアルバム、10枚のベストアルバム、22枚のシングルを発表(2017年11月現在)。
シンガー・ソングライターとしての活動のかたわら、沢田研二、松田優作、根津甚八、雪村いづみ、梓みちよ、島田紳助、近藤真彦、森進一、八代亜紀 等、数多くのアーティストに楽曲を提供し、音楽プロデューサーとしても活動している。
1990年からは活動拠点を大阪に戻し、1994年11月1日に自身のレコード会社「BBB Records」を設立。2004年、BBB Records専用スタジオ｢BOROの音符工房｣を神戸市に竣工。自身及び、所属アーティストのプロデュース、レコーディングを行い、CD販売、｢ONPU SHOP｣内、音楽配信コーナーでの楽曲配信事業を行っている。

i.Rias Ba.音希(oki) will depart after their one-man live tour "N.I.A-isolated-" tour final "RELUME" at OSAKA RUIDO at 2016/07/03, as he considers difficult to continue band activities in view of his academic studies.

LIRAIZO is a Japanese Visual Kei band formed in september 2014, including four members: Yuki (Vocal), Winter Fly (Guitar), Yout (Bass), Suzune (Drum). The name "liraizo" is a combination of the Latin words "liberi" (=children) and "paraiso" (=paradise).

End These Days is a metalcore and hardcore band from Busan, South Korea that was founded in 2013. They are currently associated with Watch Out! Records.
End These Days was formed in the summer of 2013 by four South Koreans and one Australian national. The band is based in Busan and made their debut playing in local events. In order to promote the South Korean metal scene, End These Days founded the Beyond the Ocean Tour in 2014, a yearly concert showcasing South Korean metalcore and hardcore bands. Since the band's guitarist Mitch is from Australia, the yearly tour also serves as an annual celebration for the band. After the 2015 show, End These Days released their demo 10,000 Miles Beyond the Ocean for free distribution over the internet.
End These Days started gaining popularity in 2015 and participated in the Busan Rock Festival, one of South Korea's largest rock musical festivals. The band made their international debut when they were invited to perform at the School of Mosh music festival in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2016 alongside other prominent Asian bands such as King Ly Chee. Since then, End These Days has also occasionally held shows in Japan in addition to their regular shows in the major South Korea cities: Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu, Busan, and Gwangju.
After years of only releasing singles and EPs, End These Days released their first album, Ambivalence, in 2017. The album features two tracks with guest vocals from prominent bands. The first single in the album, Solace, includes guest vocals from Ryo of Crystal Lake, a popular Japanese metalcore band, and the song Misty features Ki Seok Seo from The Geeks, one of Korea's first hardcore punk bands. In February 2018 the album was nominated for the Best Metal and Hardcore Album for the 15th Korean Music Awards.

Alcyone, designated η Tauri (Eta Tauri, abbreviated Eta Tau, η Tau), is a multiple star system in the constellation of Taurus. Approximately 440 light years from the Sun, it is the brightest star in the Pleiades open cluster, which is a young cluster, around 100 million years old. There are a number of fainter stars very close to Alcyone, all most probably members of the same cluster.
Eta Tauri is the star's Bayer designation. The name Alcyone originates with Greek mythology; she is one of the seven daughters of Atlas and Pleione known as the Pleiades. 九龍（きゅうりゅう、クーロン、カウロン（広東語：Gau2lung4）、カウルーン（英語：Kowloon）、チウロン（北京語：Jiǔlóng））は、香港特別行政区領内に位置する市街地の一地域名を指す。1860年に締結された北京条約において、当時の中国の政権であった清国からイギリスに割譲された地域で九龍半島のうち現在の界限街より南側を指す。
ただし現在の日常の用語としては、新九龍と呼ばれる新興市街地を含む場合もある。1842年、アヘン戦争後に締結された南京条約で清国からイギリスに割譲された香港島に次いでイギリスの植民地となる。1997年7月1日午前0時をもってイギリス領香港の他地域と共に、中華人民共和国へ返還された。
九龍の歴史や気候、市街の概要などに関しては香港または香港の歴史の項を参照。
九龍の呼称についての由来は諸説ある。
宋の幼皇帝が周囲の八つの山の形を龍の頭となぞらえて自分を足して九龍と名づけた説、周りの九つの山から龍が降りてきて永遠に発展する地になると言う風水からきた説、9人兄弟の漁師が波打ち際で遊んでいたところ龍に変化してしまいこの地を見守る役割をするようになったと言う説、この地にかつて龍と言う名の家族が9人住んでいたと言う説等がある。
どの説も物語的であり明確な理由は推し量れないが、九と言う字は中国では久と音が通じることから永遠或いは永久を意味し、その為にめでたいものだとされる。また龍も同様に風水によれば非常に縁起の良い想像上の動物として知られている。この事から九龍と言う地名は比類なく幸福な名前であると解釈することも出来よう。
これらの説に出てくる山がどの山を指すのかということについてはいくつか説があるが、主なものは以下の通りである。
In 2006, Matsumoto as a classmate was invited to join a band formed by Nakahara and Oya at the second grade of junior high school in Nagasaki. After that, Oya and the drummer at that time withdrew from the band for their graduation.
In 2011, Kawaguchi who was a local friend joined and it became 3-piece organization.
In 2012, they decided to go for a full-scale band activity and set the band name to "LAMP IN TERREN". The meaning of this word is "the light of this world" from the Latin.
On January 14, 2015, the major debut from A-Sketch at the first album "silver lining"!
The new song "Boyd" is a big choice for the theme song of the movie "Mr. and Mrs. Hoo fu diary" was released on May 30, 2015.
